Northfield Appraisal's Owner and President, Paul Smith, comes from a wide range of appraisal experience. Paul's professional history dates back to multiple lending, from commercial, residential, and agricultural standpoints, back in the timeframe when lenders, for lending purposes, prepared individual in-house appraisals. In 1990, when Paul Smith purchased the company, the goal was to increase technology and the quality of appraisal results.
