If you do not require a complete appraisal report and instead would like to discuss a property in terms of recent upgrades, locational value, how to proceed in a private sale, etc., our services can be offered on an hourly consultation basis.

At Northfield Appraisal, we pride ourselves on the fact that we do not try to cover all areas of the market. We travel 20 to 30 miles at a maximum. This is where our data is collected and analyzed. We are considered to be the experts in this localized market area.

• Residential appraisals:  $350 - $400
• FHA appraisals:  $425 - $500
• 1004 Market Conditions Report:  $75
• Final Inspections:  $75
• Extra Copies of report:  $25 each
• Commercial appraisals:  Starting at $2,500, based on complexity of report and time involved.
