PAUL R. SMITH

Paul Smith is the owner and president of Northfield Appraisal, Inc. He comes from a wide range of real estate experience including property acquisition of commercial, residential, multi-family and is experienced in condominium conversion and building rehabilitation. Prior to purchasing Northfield Appraisal in 1990, Paul was involved in banking and lending of commercial, residential and agricultural products.

Jan Sasse joined Northfield Appraisal in 2002 as an appraisal assistant and acquired her real estate license in 2008. She enjoys working as both an assistant to Paul as well as representing her own clients in real estate ventures.
