Our reputation is at stake and we will not prepare overnight reports that are not based or founded on reliable real estate data. Instead, we continue to provide services on a prompt and reasonable time frame, remembering that a real estate appraisal more than likely, is of great importance to the customer in establishing a value for many reasons. It is our experience that these reasons are lending, market value determination, and in many instances they are used for settling valuation disputes.
